Card And Money Transfer
Firstly
make a booking and a confirmation will be sent to you,
informing you of room availability, the price of each room and
further details about the resort. To process your reservation,
we require your credit card information. Please note that no
reservations will be processed without a valid credit card
information. There are three choices of making
this payment, you can make an online booking giving your
credit card details, or sending your credit details via
by fax, or payment can be transfered from one bank
account to another.( ¤ÅÔ¡ä» bank detail

Reservation
And Cancellation
We
process all reservations free of charge. However, if you amend
or cancel your reservation once the pre-paid voucher is issued,
you will be charged 5% from the total sales amount as an
administrative fee. If you cancel your reservation less than 15
working days before your stay or if you do not show up at the
hotel,
you will be charged for the first unused
night OR 100% of the total paid amount during the * high and
peak season .
(* High
season start from 01-31 Aug. And Peak season from 15 Dec.- 15
Jan.)
If you need to change your
reservation (even when you are already at the hotel), you have
to contact a travel agency that represents our service. Full
contact information will be provided to you in your pre-paid
voucher issued to you. If you do not notify a travel agency
specified in your hotel confirmation of any changes, you are
liable for the full amount based on your original hotel
reservation request.
Once bookings have been paid for and confirmed with the hotel,
in the event of early checkout (leaving the hotel earlier for
a shorter period than booked) refunds are generally not
permitted. However we can consider requests and after
discussion with the booking agents and hotels concerned, a
proportional refund can sometimes be made. Each case is
treated on an individual basis.
Confirmation
This is not an automatic hotel
reservation service. We will make your reservation and send
you a confirmation within 2 working days.
Payment
We will charge your credit
card for the room accommodation and any other services
booked with us. Consequently, you must not pay for
your room at the hotel. At the hotel itself, you ONLY pay
for extras such as laundry service, mini bar, dinner etc.
If you pay for your room at the hotel, you will be doubly
charged, once by us ( S aumi Holiday.com ) and once by the
hotel. In such a situation, you need to contact the hotel
directly in order to receive a refund.
